Dotado con $50,000.00 y pudiendo participar artistas mexicanos y extranjeros con hasta 3 proyectos por individuo, es el primer concurso de este tipo en México.
Cierre de la Convocatoria 30 de Agosto de 2013
Las obras seleccionadas serán presentadas durante la Feria Internacional del Libro de Artista Lía 2013
(16 al 20 de octubre del 2013 en Guadalajara, Jal).
El jurado estará conformado por Iván Granados, Patricia Lagarde y Penélope Downes.
